Please note that booking forms completed online are subject to availability and on a request basis. We will confirm your booking with a Confirmation & Invoice. A member of the Reservations Team will contact you by telephone if your application for a holiday has been unsuccessful.

Payment methods

You can pay by Switch/Maestro or Delta card. No charge is made for payment by cheque or debit card. You may also pay with Visa or Mastercard. Due to the fee levied by credit card companies, a 2% charge will be made on any payments made by credit card.

Credit/debit card payments will be automatically encrypted using Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This technology ensures that your credit/debit card numbers are not accessible by unauthorised persons and are as safe as possible. Once you have completed your transaction, your details will not be kept on our live web servers. All personal details as well as credit card information are kept confidential and held on a secure database.

We follow strict guidelines and procedures regarding the storage and disclosure of information as outlined by the Data Protection Act.
